Project Strategy Document

A project strategy document refers to the plan that must be formulated and accepted before starting any project. A project has certain goals and must be finished within a certain deadline within a particular amount of budget. In order to do that, there must be a specific strategy so that those goals are achieved without loss of time and money. A team must be created and a leader must be allotted who will be in charge of following all the rules. They must ensure that the stage by stage goals are met and send it to higher authorities for review process. There should also be a description of the risks involved with the project.
