Building Tender Document

The building tender document is used only where building contracts or civil engineering or any construction contracts need to be awarded. The building tender document can be segregated into four important sections and these are conditions of the tender, specification, conditions of contract, and tenderer response schedules. There are various aspects of building contracts that are covered in a building tender document including functional, technical, and performance requirements, pricing requirements, Government’s rights and obligations, and summary of costs of among others.
