The following is an agreement for an AST [Assured Shorthold Tenancy] document between Robert Miles [henceforth referred to as the lessor] and Kylie Rogers [henceforth referred to as the lessee] regarding the leasing of the lessor’s apartment on 56th Mile Road, New Jersey to the lessee at a monthly rent of $25000. The sole responsibility of the apartment during the period of tenancy rests with the lessee or the tenant. Any damage caused to the apartment during this period will be charged to the account of the lessee. Any breach of contract will also be severely penalized.
